to last. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here
to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

 - Unworn and unused

 - Unwashed

 - Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

 - In its original
condition

Exchanges

We offer one size exchange per order within 30 days of delivery, subject
to availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due
to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

-   Custom or personalized products
-   Final sale or clearance items
-   Gift cards
-   Worn, washed, or altered items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos
if your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method. Please allow
5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to
our error.

Return Shipping

Customers pay return shipping for sizing or change-of-mind returns.

Quietly Winning Co. covers return shipping only if:

• The wrong item was
  sent
• The item arrived damaged 
• The item has a verified manufacturing
  defect
